For the most part, my posts will revolve around climbing, traveling & psychology. Being a psychology student close to graduating with a Master degree, I'm very passionate about sports psychology and how to apply different strategies in climbing and other sports. You will find little exercises, tricks and new studies about sports psychology that might be of interest for you and can hopefully help you enhance your climbing – and every day life.
Keep in mind though that I will formulate my posts rather generally and not individually adapted to anyone's specific problem. For an individual solution I would recommend anyone to see a sport psychologist in person.
